Help, please? I added a payment method but when I go to reply to a proposal by message I am asked to add billing. When I click that button, I am shown two tour screens and then nothing.
This may be a conflict between my account and a company account I created (to which I added the billing). Could someone at Upwork please sort this out so I can message proposal providers?
