Basically, we are a small company of about 20 people so there isnt a lot of "systems" in place. An ex-employee signed up using his personal (why?) email and we used that as our company admin. However, he left and took his admin abilities along with him. We would like to remove him from the account and grant myself admin access so we can continue to pay our freelancers. Sadly, we can't contact him and the card has already been canceled. We need this resolved ASAP.
