I hope you're well. I'm facing an issue with the verification of my Adobe Expert Certified Certification, pending for 8 days now. I've followed all steps and submitted required documents, but it's still unresolved.

I've reached out to Upwork Support without a response. Any advice or insights on expediting this process would be appreciated. Has anyone else experienced this?
