After Account Recovery I cannot access the Jobs and Messages with Freelancers

I am owner of the client account. I had problems to login to my account and then Upwork said to that I need to recover my account. I went through the steps and I can see the notifications of the last activities, yet I cannot see the jobs and messages with freelancers. I also cannot see the financial account or other team members.

what do I have to do?
