Hi folks
Just added time manually. Job is complete.
I go to close it and get the above and no option on the dropdown reason list to put something like the job is complete.

Hi Andy,
Thank you for reaching out. I checked your account and can also see the same thing- no hours logged. Could you please try to re-add the hours? Since they were manual in the first place, you can still add them before the billing week ends. I would also suggest that you end the contract once you receive the payment from the client.
