as a preface I'd like to say that I don't find community forums a proper place to submit bug reports and that it would be great if you made some bug reporting/ticketing system.
About the bug - when I first open the Upwork app on Android and go to contracts, it shows me the following message:
after I refresh the page the issue is gone though.
And once again, please consider making a bug report system, thanks!

We also have a dedicated forum space for confirmed bugs in the Community however, only moderators can post in this when our team has identified that multiple reports are related to a bug.
