I just wonder, I have been sending bids and connects, and yet other job posts are not even responding, I notice there are lots of proposals (10-20) and yet no response from someone who posts the job, and worst it takes months nothing being interview or hires. It feels bad for us as a freelancer that our connections are wasted because of this kind of job post. I hope Upwork can at least give notice to the job post and refund the connections of someone who does not hire. I hope Upwork can work on this.
