Hi everyone

I want to open my coworking in Germany

It will be available only for UpWork freelancers

The area is for 120-140 people

Will they have any problems with UpWOrk if they connect to the same wifi and have the same IP-address at the same time ?

Thank you for your message. Users can use a shared internet connection to access their respective Upwork accounts. If they will be using a shared machine, they will need to ensure they log off from their account and do not share their account credentials with other users. It is allowed. But accounts may be suspended for verification.

They just need to send passport/id 1 more time?

And how much does it take to make a verification?

Yep. Or just do a visual verification call. Nothing complicated in case if that profile is legal.

It is possible or may be no action will be needed. It is depend from automatic system will raise some alert or no.

In any case no ToS violation for sharing one Internet channel. Many users can work from one IP if following rules (didnt shared own account, etc).
