Can I send PayPal invoice for payment to client to pay websites to publish blog?

Hello, I wanted to know that is it okay to send PayPal invoice to client for payment to someone else e.g like paying websites to publish blogs etc.

Hi Hamza, 

Payments between you and the client you met on Upwork will need to take place on Upwork unless you convert your contract. 
The client has an option to send you a bonus to reimburse you for any expenses.
