Can not update profile picture

I'm trying to change my profile picture but got a very confused message from the web: "Unable to get a proper response from the server".

The photo I uploaded is .jpg file, and  meets all of Upwork's requirements. And I have tried a few browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, and on mobile web too but the same error occurred.

What do you suggest I do?
