Can't Accept an offer | And Can't reach support

On the offer page the "Accept Offer" page is greyed out.
There is a red pop up:

"Failed to load offer data

Focus here using ctrl + dot key"

I have no idea how to fix this accept the offer. 

Can anyone tell me how I can fix this?

Hi David,

I tried and can't replicate the issue you're describing. Upon checking the offer you're referring to, I can see a clickable "Accept offer" button. You may check this screenshot for your reference. 

Could you please try using a different browser or the incognito mode of the current one? You may clear your cache and cookies as well. Let us know if the issue persists; we'll look further into that for you.

I had done Private and another browser and it wasn't working.

But it worked this time.
