Can't Buy Freelancer Plus, even after having enough amount.

I've connected my card, and have enough payment to buy Freelancer Plus”, But it shows a msg that "There is a problem from Our End”.
In the attached image, you can see what happens when I try to buy “Freelancer Plus”.
