Can't Login nor Signup

Hello, I'm writing this from my new account. I couldn't login nor signup from my other email id. I used to have an account with that email. Now when i'm trying to login with that, it says user ID is incorrect or email isn't recognized. So I tried to signup with that email. This time it's saying with this email I've already have an account. what can I do? 

Please help me or give me a solution.
