Can't add bank card

I can't add my card as payment method. It says that expiration month and year are required while I provide them.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked but I could not replicate the issue you experience. Could you please try to clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if the issue persists?

Thank you for your advice. It has worked with Google Chrome but fails using Firefox with diagnostic I have attached.
