Can't apply to any jobs!

Hello everyone I've had a persistent issue that I cant seem to figure out.

I signed up as a freelancer a few days ago everything was verified and set up. I started to look for jobs to apply to and when I click apply I get a page that continuously loads and then reloads the page endlessly. I have cleared cookies and tried different devices and browsers. It's not my internet connection either. I contacted support but still have heard nothing from them. For reference any support reading this my ticket Id: #39139962.

When I click apply it seems to redirect me to that link from this one this https://www.upwork.com/ab/proposals/job/~01b451e1cb70e85b81/apply/

I really need this solved asap if anyone can help I would really appreciate it!
