Can't buy Connects

I am trying to buy connects from agency profile as i have been doing it for the past 3 years. But now it says the current payment method is not working although i have good balancer on upwork.

Hello Amir,

Can you please go to your Billing & payments page from the settings of your agency profile and ensure your billing method is up to date? It's likely that your card is expired, which is why you're getting that error.
