Somehow you're still having this issue. Browsing the help forums, it appears dozens and dozens of people are having trouble uploading a simple photo, and many of these issues are being marked as resolved, even though the issue persists!
And now, the error message is almost less helpful than past issues. "There was an error." "Something went wrong." Yeah, no kidding.
I have cleared caches and cookies, I am uploading the right file size/type/resulution, I am using the latest Chrome browser in Windows 10.
There's something seriously wrong with your implementation of the most basic of internet functionality. And please stop marking it as resolved if it keeps coming up month after month...
