My name is Mary. I have been on Upwork since 2016. I was wondering if someone would want to add to this thread: How do you navigate work-life balance?
Anyone want to contribute; exchange tips, tricks, or experiences on how to maintain a healthy work-life balance as a freelancer?
Or encourage others to prioritize their well-being?
I get up at 7:30am so I have a jump on my family to either get freelacing work done or other projects.
-Try not to sit for more than 1-2 hours at a time.
-Refresh by taking a walk or ride out side of home for 15 minutes daily.
-Spend 15 minutes reading community board to see if I can suggest new concepts to others.
