Cannot change Country

I created my account when I was still in the Philippines and I recently moved to the US as a permanent resident. I updated my tax information completely with my US SSN and info, but when I tried changing my country to US it gives me the error to update my W-9 tax information. I've attached screenshots for reference.

What am I missing?
