Cannot edit/complete my onboarding task

Hi all,

I got a contract yesterday from an enterprise I've already worked with but I am unable to start the new contract because of a pending onboarding task and somehow it is locked (unclickable/uneditable). Once I click start task, It does take me to the task page but all the answers are pre-saved and some of which aren't correct and I cannot edit or sumbit it.

What could be the possible reasons for this and it's not the first time I am compleating the task.

I havent received any emai as of now so I am waiting still.
