Cannot import certifications from Credly.

Greetings,

I am new to Upwork. I am trying to import a large list of IT certifications from Credly. Each time I try the process fails. I have never seen a pop-up asking me for Credly credentials. I have tried with Edge, Chrome, and Firefox on two machines (Windows 10, Windows 11). I disabled pop-up blockers in each browser before attempting to import. Error message is as follows: "Import certifications: Failed to either authenticate or fetch certificates. Please try again." Please advise.
