Client did fraud and did chargeback and upwork hold our funds and reverse it without our permission

One of our clients has asked for a read-made project, the deal was $3000 and the client paid $2000 from their account. we send them project files even though the remaining payment is pending from his side. now Upwork inform us the client did a chargeback and Upwork have held our fund from our accounts and not releasing it. also, they deducted from my Upwork account $800 that we earned from another project without any prior notice or information. This is very unprofessional behaviour we feel. Upwork have right to read and do justice on their way, they can look in our account and decide how client have done fraud to us. and why Upwork hold our funds from our accounts? We are seeking for quick and urgent help on this asap.

Upwork

There is no support given by Upwork support and just deducted the payment amount from our account, we even did not know what the client replied to or the bank replied to Upwork. there is no clarification from up work provided for this issue.
We seriously have $2000 loss in our account and not get any help in recovering this.
