Complication in Payment via bank

Dears, I have completed a task and submitted final work .I could not get the payment because they are asking contionous payments for the transaction.

1 Do I have to deposite to a persons local bak account?

2 Exactlly how much do I have to pay?

Please can I get an advice regarding the payment related issues especiallly from Ethiopians that are working here and who have the expreience. 🙂

Thank you for your message. I do not see any active contract on your Upwork account. It appears that the job you are referring to has already been taken down because it was in violation of Upwork TOS. You should not be sending payments to clients to hire you.
