Consultation "Book Now" keeps reloading to "Reschedule"

We have tried two computers, two browsers, and three payment methods to book a consultation. 

We select a time, hit "Book Now," and then the screen will reload and only offer "Reschedule" as an option. We flagged this as a bug with Upwork and have not heard from their tech team.
