I accepted the client's offer on upwork 2 years ago. After accepting I realize we are not a good fit. I also did not start the timer on the Upwork tracking app. so no time logged yet. Now client has paused the contract. So 2 questions.
1- If I end the contract from my end can the client give me feedback or can I also give him feedback?
2- If the contract remains paused is this effect my js score or profile?
