My client would like to change the name of a project that has some sensitive client information that he would like removed.

If it could be adjusted to "NEDC GIS" that would be really helpful. The contract ID is 35367155.

Can I get this pushed to UpWork's Support team so I can get this taken care of?

My client is not happy about this and I'm hoping I can solve this without making my client work through the backend.

As others have said the tools for finding solutions and getting to actionable support from UpWork has made it more difficult to quickly solve issues that the client has. Is there anyone available to help me with my issue?
