Contract and invoice missing from account

Hello, 

I hired a freelancer recently and the contract has been completed and closed. I cannot see that contract on my account, nor download the invoice - which I need for tax purposes. Old contracts and invoices are available, but this one is not. 

Any ideas about how I can solve this?
