Did not recieve connects after withdrawal

I viewed on the job posting and It clearly said, the job is not longer available. I withdrawed my proposal but didnot recieve my connects back. Please fix this Upwork Team.

Hi,  is there any followup to client that either hire or close the job post within a time period, as its really annoying many clients never get back to their post or give any response to anyone.

In this process we only loosing our connects.

Would request to Upwork team please make a followup parameter that before posting the second job client must be close first one.

would be really thankful if any thing done by team upwork regarding this.
