Direct to local bank payment not recieved in Pakistan

I have sent a request of Payment on 31 August 2023 but still not recieved. I have contacted my bank remittance center, they haven't recieved any funds from upwork. Kindly let me know how much time does it takes to transfer money and Which Payment remittance method does upwork used to pay in Pakistani local banks?
