I have an enterprise contract that needs approval from Upwork. There aren’t any tasks for me to complete and the client doesn’t see anything on their end either.
I have hit the “accepted & Continue” button which takes me to the onboarding tasks which is empty.
I also reached out to the Upwork enterprise rep “**Edited for Community Guidelines** “ through messenger a few times but he has not responded.
I would like to get this contract started ASAP - Please help. Thanks Tammy

Support will almost always ask for a screenshot. Please attach a screenshot here in case the community has some helpful comments, otherwise contact Support with the screenshot. Have a great day!

These screenshots make me think that either this a new client that hasn't been approved or their form of payment hasn't been approved. Is this a new client to Upwork or a payment issue? Either way, the client should contact Support since it's doubtful it's on your side of the equation. Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please note that Upwork’s compliance team must review all tasks completed by you and by the Upwork Enterprise client. After all tasks are completed, it generally takes at least 2 business days to review and confirm the project, at which time you will receive an email notification with information to accept the offer.
You and your client will work with Upwork's compliance team during this process. You can reach out to your Compliance Specialist with any questions. Feel free to check this help article for you to learn more about the onboarding process.

Thanks, I saw this written somewhere. There are no tasks to complete - you can see the screenshot of the job in my post.
What else can be holding up the approval process from Upwork's end? Its been 5 days.
