Error message - can't do anything!

I'm having a few issues with my account.

1) When posting a job, I was given an ERROR notification, so I reposted. Turns out, both jobs are posted, but I am unable to delete one of the job. Upon removing one of the jobs, it disappears but when I refresh the page, it's back.

2) When I try to make either of these jobs private, it doesn't work. It will show as private, but upon refreshing the page, it is no longer private.

3) When I try to send a message or invite a freelancer, I receive the attached error messages.

I've tried clearing cache and cookies, as well as tried a new browser. Nothing is working.

Any ideas?
