Error on Adding Professional Role

Hello,

I'm unable to add my "Professional role" on my profile. I'm stuck on Page 2/10 and can't move forward. When I press "Next" I'm given an error message that says "Sorry, something went wrong".  I've tried on different browsers and devices and it's not working.
