Error when trying to review contract

Hello! I am getting an error message when I try to review a contract that has been extended to me (notification of which I received by email).

I have attempted to access the contract by selecting the "review offer" button in the email, but when I do, I am redirected to my Any Hire dashboard, which does not show that contract, and I receive an error message directing me to contact someone via support@upwork.com (although that email support no longer exists).  I was hoping someone here could help me.
