I'm trying to do a fixed price contract with a freelancer. When I tried to fund the project via debit card the payment failed,
because my bank had a security filter active for upwork payments. They removed it for 24 hours to enable me to do the escrow funding. However, this time upwork blocked the payment because there was a failed transaction before. Chatbot adviced me to try another billing method. However, I have to stick with that bank account for that. What to do? How can the blocking by upwork be removed?
