Facing Error to accept offer from Client

Hello there,
I am new on upwork and recently I got one proposal offer from client but I can accept it because it's showing some error and I can't find this error and can't ressolve it, I was trying to get support but can't directly talk to agent and that AI chat bot can't help me to resolve problem,  I attach screenshot of that error you can see
please help me to resolve this issue or either help me to get direct support from agent

I am sorry to hear about your experience with this client. I checked the job post you were referring to and it appears that it's already been taken down because it was in violation of Upwork TOS.
