This seems like a no-brainer, we should be able to edit a proposal after submitting so long as it hasn't been viewed, or within a certain amount of time.
I'd love to be able to adjust wording, fix a typo, or add an attachment after I submit. I submit and boost a lot of proposals and occasionally miss something. I understand that once the proposal has been viewed this is moot, but before it has been viewed there's no reason why I shouldn't be able to change my cover letter or attachments.
I just missed an attachment, and now my proposal says "attached is an estimate" which obviously isn't attached. It's boosted so I can't even withdraw and resubmit. I noticed within seconds of submitting.
I understand I should double check, no need to reply with recommendations/advice. This is a needed feature so I am requesting.
