Financial transactions are limited

Hey, Upwork Team and Community
My Name is Abu Bakar and I am having an issue with my financial Accounts I used a card (someone)  to buy Connects for the last couple of months but this time I received an email from the Upwork team saying Action is required for chargeback and I have a balance in my Upwork account all the payment is a chargeback and I pay this to my Upwork balance and successfully payment is deducted through my work balance
in-short I paid it through my Upwork balance and my financial account is still suspended kindly tell me what is next.

Hello Abu! I'm sorry to hear about the hold on your account.  I see that you have an open ticket with our support team, so they should be sending you an update within 24 to 48 hours.  I appreciate your patience in the meantime.

Also, I told you one thing is that the amount was deducted from my account
Here is proof from my side please guide me correctly
