Hey, Upwork Team and Community
My Name is Abu Bakar and I am having an issue with my financial Accounts I used a card (someone) to buy Connects for the last couple of months but this time I received an email from the Upwork team saying Action is required for chargeback and I have a balance in my Upwork account all the payment is a chargeback and I pay this to my Upwork balance and successfully payment is deducted through my work balance
in-short I paid it through my Upwork balance and my financial account is still suspended kindly tell me what is next.
