I had tried to pay the split payment for 2 offers 10 hours ago using my credit card, but the site kept saying that the payment was unsuccessful. I now find out that my account has been charged twice, but the money cannot be seen in my balance. I request an immediate refund, the details of the charge are in the pic. I have contacted the support bot but it couldn't find me the correct resolution or a way to find the agent or file a ticket. I need help!
