Get Paid Amount Reduced

Greetings! Guys, I need your help. I'm pretty worried about the situation that just happened to me. I checked my get-paid balance like a month back, which was 40$. I checked it today, and it has been reduced to 28$. I didn't even withdraw any money. Can anyone please let me know how I can solve this issue? Why has it even happened in the first place?
