Getting error while fixing my TAX info.

so im getting this error

while trying to input my Tax info in the settigns.

i've tried other browsers, i've tried other computers, i've tried clearing cache and cookies, to no avail. i wonder how i can fix this issue since i want to get this tax problem out of the way.
