Is there an SLA for the tech support on the new GraphQL API topics? I mentioned two questions:
1. infinite refresh tokens
2. some jobs that were not found via API
on March 25 under ticket 46210419 , but since then there is no reaction. The API (the RESTful one) was critical for our agency, now it's shutdown - not ok, but we're trying to migrate to the graphql one. But we're blocked and there is no help on Upwork side provided. Every response takes 1-3 weeks to be answered.
