Hello everyone, Recently my friend account was compromised and he reported it through my account to upwork. Upwork start the process for getting it back but from las one week i am not getting any response from the upwork. And if i create the ticket then agent told me that keep communication on email.
What can i do now?

Hello Pradeep,
Thank you for replay. I know the account is not related to me. But My friend tried to send status update via registered email. But there are no response from upwork. Because of that i need to put the query here. He is already sent mail to upwork account security but there are no response from upwork.
Please guide here. It's been a 16 days now and from last 2 week have no update from upwork.
