Having to resubmit my Taxpayer information

Hi! 

I got an email that I need to resumbit my Taxpayer information. I am a Dutch freelancer and therefore have to pay taxes in the Netherlands. What do I have to put under 'federal tax classification'? And legal name of taxpayer, is that the name of my company or my own name?

I also don't see any notification in my Upwork account, I only got an email.
