Help Center not working on Chrome

Hi, I'm trying to access/search for articles in Help Center but whenever I go to an article it shows me the article for half a second and then refreshes back to the Home page. This is using Google Chrome on Mac. It works with Safari but I am frustrated with having to constantly switch between browsers to get things to work on here and on the main Upwork site. Why is this service so difficult to use? I am coming close to giving up entirely and deleting my account, and I haven't even completed my profile yet.
