Help with reporting a client who asked me to work outside of UpWork.

One of my client's closed my contract and asked me to work outside of UpWork and I would like to report them. However, I can't flag the job posting as the job is closed. I also worked for the client for 3 months before they offered me the contract outside of UpWork. 

Can someone please help me with next steps?
