I have some affiliate based projects of my own. There I need some talent like voice-over artist, video editor. Even sometimes I feel if I could hire some person who will write and edit in my blog. As I am already a writer, I feel scared or worried about hiring writer for my internal project. Is there any restriction to hire for specific talted for freelancers like me?
