Good day, how do you submit a ticket? I want to open my closed account (not this account) and tried with the chatbot but it keep ssaying something like technical difficulties.
My account was closed to inactivity several years back. I due hope I can retrieve/open it again, but if there's no really way to retrieve it anymore, atleast I would know and move on. Thank you.

I'm trying to file a support ticket via the chatbot however I cannot accomplish this as it seems like I'm stuck in an endless loop with the chatbot. Could someone please contact me, I'm pasting my support request below.

I created a duplicate account with the email address l***********@gmail.com thinking that I'd close this one. However, when I read the support page I learned that I should keep the oldest account instead of creating a new one. So I closed the account under l***********@gmail.com. But I want to switch the email I use from e*********@hotmail.com to l***********@gmail.com. Could you please help me with that? Because I can't change it as I get the error thatl***********@gmail.com is still in use as it's probably connected to that account.
