My Upwork account, created under my name and verified using the email and mobile number associated with my previous company, has become inaccessible to me. While I was employed with the company, I used this account to work on various projects, and it was successfully verified under my name.
Since parting ways with the company, I have encountered challenges in retrieving access to my Upwork account. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with my former employer, they have not responded to my emails, and my requests to regain control of the account have gone unanswered.
Now without my consent they are using it and using it for bidding purposes, I have reached upwork support as well but there is no response yet. Please let me know what can I do here.
