How do I contact upwork support?

Hello there, it's been a hour since I'm trying to find how to open a ticket towards a human. "Chat with support" is just a chatbot and sorry disappoint, but LLMs aren't there yet. Where do I open a ticket that a human from upwork will see and help me with?
