How much time it will for a refund after freelancer did not accept my offer

I initially gave an offer to a freelancer and added $65 to escrow, the freelancer didn't accept the offer and after his confirmation, I withdrew the offer, now the balance is not either in Upwork or my credit card. Could you please help me understand where it will be credited back?

PS: It is showing as refund in the transaction list screen
